This allows us to determine whether the fault is physical or logical and provide provide an idea of the best method of recovery. It doesn’t include opening the drive in a clean room or any attempt of recovery, which is work in progress.
Physical data recovery For all makes and models including LaCie, Western Digital, Toshiba, Hitachi, and Verbatim (2.5-inch and 3.5-inch drives).

Note: customer to buy and provide - we’ll give you a link to purchase the donor drive from www.donordrives.com. A 30% mark-up will be charged, plus import charges and VAT, if we have to buy the donor drive on behalf of the customer.
Physical data recovery on a single drive £450 + VAT
(includes labour charge plus cost of donor drive, if required).
Logical data recovery Retrieving deleted files on standard hard drive
(covers up to two hours work)

24 to 48 hours of recovery work

We can provide external drives for data transfers. Prices of these vary depending on market rate at the time.
