Computers and laptops

Data recovery
Deleted files, dead drives, failed RAID arrays and NAS units. The first consultation is free, the quote is firm, and there is no charge if we can’t recover your data.

Games consoles
HDMI ports, overheating, disc drives and power faults on PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo consoles. Most are done in a day.

Two technicians who would rather show you what went wrong than baffle you with it.
We learned the trade with a central London data recovery operation and keep our training up to date, so new machines and new faults do not catch us out. Most PC, Mac and laptop problems can be fixed at our bench, at your home or at your office, and every repair is backed by a warranty.
We also set up new computers, printers, WiFi, phones and tablets the way you want them, and give patient one-to-one help if you would like to get more out of them. In person or remotely, whichever suits.

Before you call
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. There is no call-out charge, and collection and return are free across central and south London. You can also drop your device in at 68A North End Road.
What happens if you can’t fix it?
You pay nothing. We fix it or it’s on us. Estimates are free and carry no obligation, and the price we quote is the price we charge.
How quickly can you repair my computer?
Many repairs are done the same day. Simple laptop faults usually go home the same day, more involved ones take a day or two, and most Mac repairs are finished within 24 hours. A diagnosis normally takes no more than 24 hours and can often be done remotely.
Can you get my files back?
Very often, yes. We recover data from hard drives, SSDs, RAID arrays, NAS units, Macs and PCs. The first consultation is free and you get a firm quote. If we can’t recover your data there is no charge.
